do I check to see if the tour I want
is available?

quickest way is to click
on “Reserve
Your Tours Today”,
and fill out the “Online
Reservation Request Form".
A representative will contact you
as soon as possible. If the
tour you would like is unavailable,
our representative will let you
know, and will present you with possible
alternatives.
If the tour you would like
to reserve is available, we will
comfirm your reservations at that
time.

Can
I book a tour, even if its schedule
does not fit within my ship’s schedule?

Yes, we
may be able to adjust our departure
and / or return
time(s) to fit your ship's schedule.
Just click on “Reserve
Your Tours Today”, fill
out the “Online
Reservation Request Form”
and note your request in the “text
area” at the bottom of the
form.
When a representative calls to confirm
your reservations, they will also
discuss a new departure / return
time with you.

I book with Southeast Tours, even if
the tour I want is not listed on your
website? |

Us”, fill out the form,
and on the bottom tell us what you
are looking for. Our representative
will contact you to discuss your request.
We may be able to help by booking
the tour for you, directing you to
the right company, or by offering
you a far better alternative when
you come to visit us in Skagway.

if I want to combine tours, customize
my own tour, and / or have an exclusive
tour?

Customizing your own tour or purchasing
an exclusive tour can involve extra
charges, and is most suitable for
larger groups!

Will
Southeast Tours charge our credit card
when we make our reservations? |

We
take your credit card information
only to hold your seats until
you arrive in Skagway. We
will take payment in full when
you report to our office one hour
before your tour departure time. When
you do come into our office, we
would prefer payment in either
cash or travelers checks. (We
really try to keep our prices
as low as possible - cash / travelers
checks will help!)

Will
I receive a confirmation number and
/ or voucher from Southeast Tours? |

Southeast
Tours does not use confirmation numbers
or vouchers. When we call you
to confirm your reservations, they
are placed in the book and are entered
into our computer - you will not be
forgotten!

What
is Southeast Tours cancellation policy? |
| A) |
Our
cancellation policy is stated
at the bottom of the “Online
Reservation Request Form”.
In a “nut shell”, it
states you must give Southeast
Tours notice of cancellation at
least 48 hours before your tour
departure time or you will be charged
full price for all seats reserved.

If
I book a tour with Southeast Tours,
how would I cancel my reservation? |

Go
to our website, click on “Contact
Us”, completely fill
out the form, and at the bottom
states you need to cancel
your tour.
We will take care of everything. (Phone
cancellations will not be excepted)

NOTE: Should your cruise
ship not dock in Skagway for any reason,
we will automatically cancel your
reservations.
